Eric Fatony Started Dragon’s Breath to Do the Work Right

I started Dragon's Breath because I wanted to do skilled work for real neighbors, not run a route for a corporate franchise. There's a difference between knowing how to clean a window and knowing which squeegee blade handles a cedar-framed track that's been holding moisture since October. Knowing how to read a roofline for gutter load after a wet Seattle winter comes from being on the job, not from a training manual. That's the kind of experience we bring to every property we work on.

The Pacific Northwest has its own rhythm. Grey winters leave a film on south-facing glass that's unlike anything you'd find in drier climates. Moss colonizes a driveway within one wet season if you're not watching for it. The homes here, the climate, and the customers—they all have a specificity that rewards someone who's been paying attention. We're not passing through. We're building a business here, and that means treating every job like it's down the street from where we live, because most of the time it is.
